Maryville, MO – Applications are now available for the Campus Town Redevelopment Incentive Program (CTRIP). The program is designed to encourage the demolition of sub-standard housing and foster new construction in an area defined as the Campus Town Overlay. CTRIP aims to incentivize property owners to enhance the appearance and functionality of their property while increasing the assessed value of the area through redevelopment.

CTRIP applicants are potentially eligible for elimination of all tipping-fees for demolition debris at the Maryville Transfer Station and waiver of all permit fees associated with redevelopment. These fees may include; water tap, sewer tap, demolition, building, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical permit fees. Applicants must meet specific criteria and be approved before any demolition or construction occurs. More information regarding requirements of the program and an application can be found at www.maryville.org/ctrip.
